The British man Kelvin Burt belongs to the few race drivers, who may claim of themselves to have won a Porsche Michelin Supercup race as a guest starter. In 1992 he won at the Grand Prix of England in Silverstone. Among others the double Formula 1 World Champion Mika Häkkinen managed to win as a guest starter one year before, too.

In 2006, Kelvin Burt returns to the place of his brands cup success. "Contracted overnight, the former British Formula 3 Champion, Ex-BTCC driver and Jordan Formula 1 test driver climbs into the car of the MRS-Team, replacing the Dutchman Duncan Huisman.
