  BBS "Rookie of the year" classification Porsche Supercup 2010  

In 2010, the BBS-Rookie classification goes into its second year. With seven drivers who fulfil the entrance requirements for the special classification, about one third of the starting grid belongs to the newbie’s of the championship. A rookie is a driver who never before had a complete season in the Supercup. The awarding of points happens the same way as in the normal driver standings. In 2009 Matt Halliday was the first Rookie-champion.
