Everything what Jiri Janak does, he seems to do with full throttle. Beside more than twenty races in the Carrera Cup and the Supercup with real Prussian discipline and straightness he goes through Gradlinigkeit his studies of jurisprudence. One never knows?! With all that he keeps a real stoic calmness in sports as well as in daily life. Nothing seems to be able to irritate him, except to cross the finish line too slowly.

Under the lead of Sven Schnabl he became on of the pleasant surprises in the Porsche brands cups in 2007. In 2008 he will start in both, the Supercup and the German Carrera Cup again. Until the Hockenheim round he drives for Schnabl Engineering and than, starting with the Valencia race, he changed to the team Konrad Motorsport.
